This Privacy Policy explains how Draft Lab Football and Draft Lab Engine ("Draft Lab") handle information when the Draft Lab Engine application connects to Google services. The public website at draftlabfootball.com does not itself request access to a visitor's Google account.

Google data accessed

Draft Lab Engine may request read-only access to Google Sheets that the authorized user has permission to access. This may include player registry, scouting, research, and related football-evaluation information stored in those spreadsheets.

How Google data is used

Authorized Google Sheets data is used only to provide Draft Lab Engine's football scouting, research, player-evaluation, and related application features. Draft Lab does not use Google user data for advertising.

Storage and processing

Draft Lab Engine is a desktop application. Authorized spreadsheet data may be processed locally as necessary to operate the application. OAuth credentials used to maintain the authorized connection are stored locally on the user's device. Draft Lab does not operate this public website as a repository for Google Sheets content.

Sharing and sale of data

Draft Lab does not sell Google user data. Draft Lab does not share Google user data with advertisers or use it for targeted advertising.

Access controls

Draft Lab Engine requests read-only Google Sheets permissions. It does not use those permissions to edit or delete spreadsheet content.

Revoking Google access

A user may revoke Draft Lab Engine's access at any time through the security and third-party access controls in their Google Account. If access is revoked, Draft Lab Engine will no longer be able to read the authorized Google Sheets data until access is granted again.

Data retention

Draft Lab retains only the information needed to operate the application and its authorized connection. Local application files and credentials remain under the user's control and can be removed from the device. Google authorization can also be revoked through the user's Google Account.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Draft Lab Engine evolves. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date when material changes are made.
